What we offer:
- Contribution to the Business Development activities of Beauty Care worldwide by supporting top management in defining business portfolio, development areas and priorities.
- Further development of the Beauty Care strategy based on strategic analysis and economic evaluation of the current business situation.
- Screening markets for entry, potential take-over targets and evaluation of divestment options in accordance with the developed strategy.
- Coordination and cooperation with external advisors as well as with M&A in order to further develop strategic options and targets.
- Peer Group Analysis and Monitoring Process.
- Additionally you conceptualize and steer projects targeted at increasing operational excellence.
Who we are looking for:
- Top in class university degree in engineering or technical studies
- 2 to 5 years of successful professional experience in packaging management.
- Good feel and interest for the world of Beauty Care in combination with international work experience or background
- An ambitious, decisive, and innovative personality with exceptional analytical, conceptual and communication skills. Ideally first leadership experience.
- Fluency in English is essential; German a plus.
- Origin from emerging markets (APAC, MEA, CEE/CIS) and willingness to work in emerging markets / (global) mobility.
