As a result of the successful growth
of our organization, we are now searching for an:
ACCOUNTANT
BEIJING REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE
You will support all aspects of the
financial and accounting operations of the Beijing Representative Office. You
will assist with improving the internal financial systems and operation
procedures, and you will provide other necessary administrative support.
Your main responsibilities will
include:
- Collecting and checking the debit note on a monthly basis and preparing monthly closing documents
- Allocating costs to appropriate profit centres
- Preparing payment vouchers and payment settlements via the on-line banking system
- Coordinating with suppliers to follow up on payments and receipts
- Withdrawing cash reserves once a month
- Managing the office's daily expenditures and petty cash control
- Supporting the review and calculation of the monthly payroll and PEP
- Checking employees' expense reports, ancillary expenses and compensation form applications
- Handling expense claims after approval from the Office Manager and the Executive Director
- Assisting the Office Manager in making the monthly operating expense budget
- Handling the office funds settlement on a monthly basis
- Being responsible for making the quarterly corporate income tax filing and the final settlement of the annual corporate income tax
Coordinating and
assisting with the annual audit
Providing
assistance in the annual inspection and renewal of the office registration
You possess a Bachelor's degree in
accounting, finance or related discipline. You have a minimum of three years of
work experience in a related field in a dynamic and international environment.
You possess a high level of accounting responsibility, and good analysis and
problem-solving skills. You have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
You possess strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work
independently and a good team spirit, and you must be able to perform well
under pressure. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) and fluent in Mandarin and English.
