The regional director is frequent travelling to explore new opportunities for business expansion and growth. Establish regional sales and marketing goals and objectives in support of the company’s overall direction. Develop and implement regional strategies and tactics through market and service mix analysis. Responsible for the sales revenue with P&L responsibilities in the respective regions. Communications between external parties and internal functional units to ensure effective and quality execution of sales & marketing programs.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in the education industry in a sales & marketing position. At least 8 years work experience with minimal 3 years managerial experience. Bachelor Degree or above. Major in education or related areas is an advantage. Oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. Strong preference for a local candidate.
