Our client is a leading China-based international business school, with their three programmes ranked in the global Top 15 by the Financial Times. Currently they are looking for a Human Resources Manager for Training & Development based in Shanghai.
For this role, you will be responsible of Training & Development policies and process, identify training suppliers and organize training programs as well as effectiveness appraisal. You will develop Performance Management standards and policies in line with Organization’s values and visions; as well as implementation of Culture development activities.
You will be required to hold a Master degree (or above) from top universities, preferably with overseas studies; At least 6 year experience in HR Management function; Familiar with the business organization, strategies and key HR issues; Excellent communication and coordination skills. Fluency in English is a must. Native Chinese applicants.
