Started with a vision to help non-English speaking background students to improve their English level for work, this Educational institution has now developed into a true market leader in providing English language education with well over 50+ learning centres located across China.
Reporting to their regional director, the right candidate is responsible for managing one of their flagship learning centres in Shen Zhen. Leading a team of 30 people including customer service and administrative staff as well as teachers in the centre, you will be responsible on the service quality delivered to their clients (students). You should be a people-person and willing to develop others to achieve their goal, with exceptional customer service attitude, and capability to handle complaint skilfully.
To be qualified for the position, you must be a native Chinese speaker with fluent English skill. Ideally you will have experience in working with white-collar level retail clients, experience in motivating your staff to achieve their performance target, experience in handling complaint and a passion to develop your career in the education industry.
This position is base in Shen Zhen and will require you to work on most weekends.
