Position: Associate, investment analysis
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities
- Perform research and develop market analyses to identify attractive industry sub-sectors and attractive investment opportunities
- Assist in executing the firm’s pioneering transactions, perform detailed financial modeling, credit analysis and financial analysis, for use in making investment decisions
- Ensure successful execution of investments and creation of specific business plans through due diligence, research, analysis and strategizing.
- Review and analysis investment memorandums, underwriting assumptions and financial model
- Conduct regular investee analysis, monitor budgets development, project cash flows and sale process. Ensures effective understanding, analysis, and reporting of key metrics
- Research special projects
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree with a financial or business related concentration, Master or MBA background preferred.
- Over 4 years’ working experience with Big 4, good understanding of the Fund structures.
- Strong ability to conduct financial and credit analysis, modeling experience highly preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines, to learn quickly and work independently as well as being a team player. High motivation and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including advanced MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
