Location:          Shenzhen, China with frequent global travels

Working days:   Monday to Friday

Responsibilities include the following:

•     Responsible for brand planning and management, build brand management system;
•     Developing and executing comprehensive, strategic, quantifiable communication campaigns tailored to the needs of Company's Global brand;
•     As spokesman, communicate with the media, analysts and industry organizations, promote understanding of service industry among the industry organizations;
•     Develop and maintain close relationships with key industry media, enhance relationship and      cooperation across the full range of media;
•     Responsible for maintenance and cooperation with industry communications such as GSMA, TMF, Uptime etc;
•     Develop ideas and opportunities for feature articles, interviews, presentations, and other public relations activities that promote awareness of the company and its products or services

Qualifications include the following:

    MBA preferred or related discipline;

•     10+ years experience in direct marketing, communications or Marketing in ICT industry, experience within B2B highly desirable;
•     Extensive experience in industry communications experience is required, industry organization background is a plus (GSMA/TMF);
•     Skilled in operating within complex stakeholder organisations - strong influencing skills
•     Ability to work in a high-pressure role with deadlines and responsibility, and have the ability to make snap decisions
•     Entrepreneurial and creative qualities with a track record of developing successful marketing campaigns
•     Good interpersonal presentation and communications skills
•     Extensive experience in creating & delivering effective marketing communications    
•     Extensive experience in writing and editing for print and multi-media format;
•     Digital marketing and new media marketing operation experience is required;
•     English as working language, excellent written, oral and listening is required;
•     Extensive experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;
•     Willingness for frequent global business travels
