- Preparing badges and nameplates
- Helping people to set up their booth
- Helping with editing and printing all documents
- Setting up the room
- Setting up the badges in alphabetical order
- Welcoming participants
- Uploading on real time pictures or small videos taken by our media partners
- Booking taxis requested by participants
- Booking restaurants requested by participants
- Booking after conference stay
