We are looking for suitably qualified candidates to take up a full time role as English playgroup and Activities leader in our Shenzhen centre. The role will be to develop a good quality programmes for young ESL speakers. Good salary package offered including accommodation. On the job training will be offered for both playgroup and learn through play sessions at our International Kindergarten located in Hong Kong. To be considered you should be a native English speaker and have experience in the early years spectrum especially in playgroup or nursery settings and be adept at dealing with parents. It is essential that you have the ability to develop age appropriate themes and programmes for English second language speakers i.e. mothers & toddlers and young children residing in Shenzhen. You will have leadership qualities and be a team player with confidence to oversee the operation and superivsion of the local playgroup leaders presently employed at the centre. You will be expected to take on a more senior role in the future with a view to expanding and managing more centres in the future. It is preferable that you are either residing in Shenzhen with a work visa or are a holder of a permanent HKID card but if not, your application will still be considered on other merits.
