Salary (depending on
experience) Starting date: As soon as possible Location: Harbin, Heilongjiang
Province, China Reporting to: Product Manager (Germany) Travelling: Frequently
within China, mostly focus on North East China Recruitment process: + Telephone
interviews + Face-to-face interviews Responsibilities: + Identify and Acquire
of new customers and dealers or agents + Direct contact with customers and
sales representatives and product managers + Support, coordinate and expand
systematically this companies network and continue the development of business
+ Consulting the customers in technical, logistic and administrative issues +
Technical advice for customers / dealers + Analysis of competition and marked
demand + Negotiations and contracting with the customers if needed + Preparing the
efficient customers visits together with the respective product managers and
sales staff + Follow up the results of customer visits + Attendance of fairs
and demonstrations + Promote collaboration and networks and actively organize
individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion
activities + Realize market and innovation trends under direct cooperation with
the respective product manager and local sales staff + Others as assigned by
management Requirements: + University degree either in mechanics or in sales
related industries + At least 5 to 7 years relevant experience in sales of best
a variety of products + Strong network in Harbin area + General technical
understanding + Computer literate + Able to work in a team and cooperate with
sales managers of other product lines to create links and opportunities +
Willing to work with different products + Willing to travel frequently + Speak
native Chinese Mandarin + Good working knowledge in English is a MUST + Fluency
