Function: Site Expeditor
Reports to: Project Procurement and Supply Contract Manager OL3
Tasks will be:

Procurement work experience
Flexibility towards working hours and work tasks
Skills required: Good communication skills in writting and Speaking English language
Hability to work in a multi cultural environment
Technical: Microsoft Office Programmes (Word, Excel)
VPRM - SAP
Languages: English
Location: Olkiluoto, Finland
Duration: 6-12 months

Function: Site Expeditor

- Expediting (technical and commercial follow up) of placed Contracts and Orders until delivery to site
- Reporting (Switchboards according to the scope)
- Workflow management according the process
- Commissioning support
Requirements
- Experience as Expeditor would be a major advantage
- Knowledge about Procurement Processes and Site environment
- Knowledge of VPRM - SAP
